Pascavage pointed out that 144 North Road is designed to meet LEED certification standards. LEED certification provides independent, third party verification that a building project meets the highest green building and performance measures.
Pascavage noted that the company is committed to environmental stewardship. He said its most recent project, TradeCenter 128 in Woburn, is a 400,000 square foot, speculative office building with LEED Gold pre-certification.
